Kirkya App Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to Kirkya App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kirkya App ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Kirkya App currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform at this time. All transactions on Kirkya App are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit on Kirkya App is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Kirkya App reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Kirkya App. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with Kirkya App games or systems in a way that is not available to standard players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino games available through WM Live.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any Kirkya App game or system for financial gain.
• Using Kirkya App for any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account on Kirkya App, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Attempting to access another player's Kirkya App account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Kirkya App staff or other players.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Kirkya App reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.
• If Kirkya App is required to do so by law, regulation or instruction from a relevant authority.

If your Kirkya App account is suspended due to a suspected violation, any balance in your account will be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your balance will be returned and your account reinstated. If a violation is confirmed, your balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

You may close your Kirkya App account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

09 Limitation of Liability

Kirkya App provides its platform and games on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
